Who is the Hixson PTO? 

The Hixson Parent-Teacher Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting Hixson Middle School in the Webster Groves School District. Sponsorships are charitable contributions and may be tax-deductible. 

What does the Hixson PTO do? 

We fund classroom grants and enrichment for students and teachers. Proceeds support field trips, classroom technology, STEAM opportunities, and everyday learning needs. This event is our largest annual fundraiser. 

What is the event? 

The 32nd Annual Webster Groves Holiday House Tour—a beloved community tradition where homeowners open their doors to ticket holders to share décor, warmth, and holiday charm, with music from Hixson students. 

What is the date and time of the event?

Sunday, December 7, 2025, 1–5 p.m. 

What does my business receive? 

Tiered sponsorships include a mix of in-person and digital recognition (program and website mentions, event signage, and other branding opportunities) designed to reach both the school and neighborhood communities. Levels are structured to include businesses of all sizes. 

I don’t see the option I need—can we customize? 

Yes. We’re happy to tailor benefits to meet your marketing goals. Past custom options have included sponsoring a coffee cart, student musicians, or boutique elements. Tell us what would be most valuable for your business and we’ll explore it.
