2025 8th Grade Skate Party

Before finalizing your ticket purchase, please note:

• The ticket cost includes roller skate rental only. Inline skates can be rented at the rink for $4 cash, payable directly to Skateport Plaza. 

• 8th graders are encouraged to bring their own roller skates or inline skates to avoid long rental lines when the event begins.
  

• Tickets purchases are non-refundable.

• Skateport Plaza has been reserved for our school/class from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. The facility will be closed to other guests during this time.
  

• All students will be signed in at the check in table upon arrival. Parents may drop off students, but must return no later than 8:30pm for prompt pick up. Students will not be allowed to leave at any time without being released to an adult who is physically present. 

• Chaperones Needed! Parent volunteers will be asked to help ensure our 8th graders are safe, abiding by the rules of Skateport Plaza, and conducting themselves as the best representatives of our school community and district. • Students must engage respectfully with fellow students and chaperones during the event. Failure to do so will result in a warning and then an immediate call to the parent/guardian to be picked up.

• This event is sponsored/hosted by the Hixson Middle School PTO and has not been coordinated by Hixson Middle School or WGSD.
